From RAI Coordination to Corporate Leadership
Cheryl Ho, RN, brings more than 18 years of long-term care experience, with a career spanning RAI coordination, clinical informatics, and corporate quality leadership. Having worked directly with assessments and RAI program operations, she understands the practical challenges faced by LTC teams.
Cheryl served as Manager of Clinical Informatics for 14 years and later as Director of Quality & Informatics, providing corporate-level oversight of quality and clinical informatics across 16 long-term care homes. Her experience spans large and small homes, urban and rural communities, and privately operated and not-for-profit organizations throughout Ontario.
Throughout her career, Cheryl has personally mentored more than 80 RAI leads and supported 17 long-term care homes through interRAI LTCF implementation. Her work includes assessment coordination, RUG-III+ data quality, CMI, clinical informatics, quality indicators, education, and practical workflow development.
