Privacy and Confidentiality
Protecting resident and organizational information is central to how iLTC Solutions works.
How I access information
All audit and review work is done within your home’s own documentation platform (such as PointClickCare), using credentials issued to me by your home. Access is limited to what the engagement requires. Resident information is not downloaded, copied, exported, or stored outside your system.
What my reports contain
Reports do not include resident names or other direct identifiers. Residents are referenced by the resident number assigned in your platform, together with a brief description of the coding finding and a reference to the source documentation, so your team can locate and verify each item.
Our responsibilities
Engagements are governed by a written agreement that includes confidentiality obligations. Work is conducted in a manner consistent with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA) and your home’s privacy policies and instructions.

Please do not send resident information through this website’s contact form or by unsecured email.
